How do I answer the front door bell?

Someone rings at the front door! Pick it up and speak. To open the door remotely press the button under the earpiece (on the wall unit).

How do I turn on the TV?

Turn the TV on with the Sony remote control, and then turn the media box on with the Orange remote control. When the menu is displayed click a channel number on the Orange remote control.

Where can i find the manufacturer user guide?

The user guides can be found in the map in the cabinet under the TV.

How does the hot water for the kitchen work?

The electric boiler is in the cupboard under the sink. If there is no hot water check that the plug is in the socket. When plugged in the boiler will always ensure that 5 litres of hot water is available. If you use a more than 5 litres, you may have to wait briefly for the boiler to reheat the tank.

What is the WiFi code?

Look in the cabinet under the TV. There you will find a brochure with the Wi-Fi login details on the back cover page.

How do I use the air conditioning?

There is an air conditioning unit in both bedrooms. In each bedroom you will find the remote control in the bedside cabinet. The usual controls such as increasing/decreasing temperature and airflow are shown prominently on the remote. The more complex controls are hidden under the flap; please refer to the user guide if you want to make these changes.

How does the hot water boiler for the shower work?

The electric boiler is in the wardrobe in the main bedroom and has a capacity of 200 litres. The water is heated at night so that you always have hot water the following morning. If you use more than 200 liters then you can switch the boiler on during the day. Please contact our StayYNA manager who can help in the unlikely event that this is required.
